I have! I started with a trainer yesterday and he kicked my butt! I'm loving him right now. LOL

Hey Rachel - my trainer told me I should have got the dress 2 sizes too small instead of one. LOL!! But the rate he is going, I'm going to have to have the dress altered. I love AJ!!! xxxx

As long as things are working...go for it girl! I can't afford a trainer right now but i would love one. do you have a show over there called 'biggest loser'? we are in a new season over here...the male personal trainer is kinda cute!

We have that show here. I don't watch it, but I have heard they give good advice. My trainer is cute!!
