    I grew up near Atlanta, Georgia. I'm a Southern gal. , My family came primarily from the Isle of Bute and surrounding area. My grandfather was a Stuart. I am working toward an Archaeology degree. I LOVE learning! I enjoy rock collecting and have a massive Halloween memorabelia collection (favourite holiday). Music is very important to me--since childhood. I am on the board for the Organization of Women's Freedom in Iraq (ASK ME).

    The three surviving BC members are touring starting Dec '10! Mike Peters of the Alarm will be standing in on vocals for the late Stuart Adamson and guitarist Bruce Watson's son, Jamie, will be an additional guitarist. I'm planning on seeing 3 gigs on the tour: London, Birmingham, & Liverpool. Have visited Scotland 1981 & 2007. Highlanders from Argyll & Inverness via Nova Scotia & Quebec. Lowlanders from Dumfriesshire via Ashton-under-Lyne, England.

    I am a baby genealogist just getting started. Just located a boatload of Scottish ancestors...not a connection I even knew I had. Am thrilled. Also do research for my husband's family who have tons of Scots. Love the Scottish Irish Festival in Estes Park.
