Hi all! I live in northern Alberta Canada (about 4 hours northwest of Edmonton). My dad was a Scott and my mom was an Urquhart before she married the aforementioned Scott (haha). I'm married with three sons, a full time job, two big dogs and a fish; it's a lot to keep alive but so far so good! I've never been to Scotland but plan on taking my mom there in 2011.. wanted: friendship.. on offer: friendship

Today I want to say Happy Easter from Canada everyone!

    Richard H photos

from the Woburn area in United States

My great grandparents were from a small border village in the south of Scotland and I had the opportunity to first visit Scotland in 2007. I went from Glasgow, to The Isle of Skye, to the HIghlands, Inverness, St. Andrews, and finally to Edinburgh. The visit changed my life. My most favorite momento arrived a few weeks later upon my return...a custom-made kilt from the House of Fraser in Inverness in my family'

Today I am going to try and have patience with slow paying people.
