My grandfather lived in Kilmarnock until he moved to the US when he was a teenager with his siblings and parents. I have done a lot of genealogy work on my ancestors and am still looking for some Scottish missing links. The ancestors come from the Smith - Lamont lines in the Kilmarnock area.

Today I am looking for Scottish hymns, prayers and poems that will be appropriate for a tartan day at our church in Phoenix Arizona. Any suggestions?

From what I've been told from my family, I'm descended from Jacob Lambie of the Lamont Clan. I'm hoping to gather the resources to do the research myself.
