Charles B: Clan Grant Society - USA member photos

from the Sweet Home area in United States

Canadian born of Scottish parentage, I maintain dual citizenship with Canada and the USofA. Married to a Lass from Clan MacNachtan, we enjoy traveling around our area representing our respective Clans at Highland Games & Gatherings. Usually attending about 10 per year. Both retired from gainful employment, we now serve as Care-givers to my wife's ailing parents on their two acres of land bounded on one side by a beautiful South Santiam River. We.. wanted: friends, conversation.. on offer: frienship, conversation, information, sharing

Today I see sunshine, have petrol for the chain saw, so guess what I'll be doing LOL.

    Todd G: Wyoming Highlander photos

from the Golden area in United States

Roots trace to a great grandfather who fought in the battle of Dunbar and was captured by another grandfather. Shipped off to US as a servant then their offspring hooked up a few generations later. I wonder if they knew their roots? I visited Scotland for about 3 weeks and loved it! Really reminded me of the open range of Wyoming without the beautiful coast although the Tetons are a bit bigger. Was hoping to.. wanted: scotch, castle, claymore, lassie.. on offer: water, apartment, stick, me
