Can anyone refer me to a book store or organization where I can purchase books on Scottish poems and literture? There is so little here in the states(that I have found).

I have always found this site a gem.

http://scotpress.com/catalog/ They're in the US, and stock lots of out of print material in PDF format.
You can try this site:

or

PS. We have the same problem here in Canada.
What exactly are you looking for Monica? Book searches are what I do for a living, so perhaps I can help.
Also, I've had very little luck with Kessinger directly. Their phone is out of service. I did manage to get one of the titles I was searching for through Amazon, and found that the book was a 'print on demand' book with very poorly reproduced (if you could see them at all...) images. I think that's inexcusable in this day and age.
If you just want to read the book, Interlibrary Loan is also a great way to order books, often at no cost.
Elizabeth
Hi Elizabeth,
I am looking for any/all books that were written in Scotland, during the 15th, 16th 17th and 18 centuries.
I am not even sure who the writers were - I just have a strong interest in Scottish history.
Does this make sense?
Thanks
Monica
